Mentorship Committee

Mission

To promote women in the construction industry by allowing experienced and emerging professionals to engage in a meaningful and supportive relationship that fosters growth and confidence.

The mentorship program runs for 8 months. Here’s an example of the program schedule:

June: Applications for mentees and mentors open

September: Kickoff meeting, pairs are assigned

3-4 events throughout the program inviting all pairs to get together

May: Closing Ceremony
